Personal Data Controller

  • The personal data controller SPECTADO s.r.o., ID No. 05807743, with its registered office at Radlická 663/28, Prague 15000, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 271013 (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”), declares that all personal data processed by the controller are strictly confidential. The controller handles them in accordance with national legislation as well as European Union regulations applicable to personal data protection.
  • The controller collects, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Processing Act”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”). The specific purposes for which the controller processes personal data are further defined below.
  • The controller issues this policy to ensure you are sufficiently informed about what personal data the controller processes, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data, and what rights you have. This policy applies to all personal data collected by the controller, whether collected for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest, or based on your consent.

Processed Data

  • We process your personal data for the period strictly necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from our mutual legal relationship, at least for the duration of order processing, transaction execution, service provision, etc. Further, we retain them for the period required by generally binding legal regulations, or for the period you may have given consent to the controller. Otherwise, the processing period follows from the purpose for which the personal data are processed or is set by legal regulations.
  • Personal data are processed by the controller in an automated manner. The controller is authorized to process some information automatically, for example, to create statistical information on the traffic of its websites.

Rights of Data Subjects

  • As a data subject, you have the following rights under applicable legal regulations, which you may exercise at any time:
    • the right of access to personal data, meaning you have the right to obtain from the controller information on whether your personal data are being processed. The controller is obliged to provide this information to you without undue delay. The content of the information is defined by Article 15 of the GDPR. The controller has the right to request a reasonable fee not exceeding the costs necessary to provide this information;
    • the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing, meaning you have the right to have inaccurate or incorrect personal data corrected. If your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or are processed unlawfully, you have the right to request their deletion. If you do not wish to request deletion but only temporarily restrict their processing, you may request restriction of processing;
    • the right to request an explanation if you suspect that the processing of personal data by the controller is contrary to legal regulations;
    • the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing;
    • the right to data portability, i.e. the right to obtain the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, see Article 20 GDPR;
    • the right to object to the processing of personal data processed for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority, or for the purposes of the controller’s legitimate interests. The controller will terminate the processing without undue delay unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, or freedoms;
    • the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, if you have given the controller such consent.

Cookies

  • Cookies are short text files sent by a website to your browser. They allow the website to record information about your visit, such as the selected language, so that subsequent visits to the site can be easier and more pleasant for you. Cookies are important because without them browsing the Internet would be much more complicated. Cookies allow better use of our website and customization of its content to your needs; almost every website in the world uses them. Cookies are useful because they increase the user-friendliness of websites you visit repeatedly.
  • On the controller’s websites, the following types of cookies may be used:
    • Session (temporary) cookies allow us to link your activities during browsing of these websites. They are activated when you open your browser window and deactivated when you close it. Session cookies are temporary and all such files are deleted once you close the browser.
    • Persistent cookies help us identify your computer when you revisit our website. Another advantage of persistent cookies is that they allow us to tailor our website to your needs.
  • In accordance with Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, as amended, we hereby inform you that our website uses cookies for its operation, including persistent cookies.
